- I draw in my own style. Requesting "draw in another artist's style" means refusal.
- I don't draw:
- underage characters in a sexual/romantic context
- extreme gore / scat / watersports / vomit / IRL death / non-con without discussion
- hate art / hate propaganda
- anything that makes me very uncomfortable (I decide)2. Order and Payment Process
- Payment 100% upfront via PayPal
- Don't send money until I confirm the slot and provide a payment address.
- After payment, changes to the specifications (characters, pose, level of explicitness, etc.) are only possible for an additional fee or are impossible altogether.
- Completion time: from 1 week to 1-1.5 months, depending on complexity.
I will provide exact deadlines after accepting the order.3. Work stages and edits
- Number of edits:
• 2-3 free major edits at the sketch/line stage
• 1-2 free minor edits at the rendering stage
• After that, there's a fee (usually 15-30% of the original price for each major edit).
- "Redo it completely because I changed my mind" edits = a new order or a large additional payment.
- If the client doesn't respond for more than 14 days at any stage, the order may be paused without a refund4. Image Rights
- Copyright of the art remains with me (the artist) forever.
- You receive personal non-commercial use (avatar, wallpaper, personal prints, social media posts with @me).
- Prohibited without a separate paid agreement: - Using the art for commercial purposes (NFT, merch, prints for sale, advertising, etc.) - Cutting out the signature / changing the art / cropping / recoloring / tracing / using as a basis for AI - Reselling the digital file
- Commercial use is discussed separately, usually +100% to the price (depending on the print run / type of use).5. Cancellation and Refunds
- For the client: Once work has begun (the sketch has been approved), refunds are either non-existent or partial.
- For the artist: a full refund is provided if I cancel the order for any reason.
- Force majeure (serious illness, war, loss of access to accounts, etc.) - a partial refund or postponement is possible by agreement.6. Publication of the work
- I almost always publish the finished art on my social media/portfolio with your username (unless you've requested private).If you want complete privacy, please let me know in advance.
- You can publish the art on your own social media pages with mandatory attribution to me as the author7. Final Provisions
- Any threats, blackmail, or chargebacks without good reason will result in blacklisting and a public warning to the community.
- I am not responsible for how you use the received art after delivery.
